"Catch-Up" post 1

The Holidays have set me slightly behind, but I wanted to share these next couple posts from the last two weeks:-)
Breakfast:
Carrot Banana Muffins (if you haven’t tried these yet, they’re a must!!! Thanks to paleoplan.com) 
Mild Italian chicken sausage (organic, wheat and soy free)
Kiwi
Black coffee
Lunch:

Snack:
Fruity Nut “Cereal”

Dinner:
Grilled Buffalo flank steak (seasoned with sea salt, garlic and lemon pepper)
paired with avocado
Steamed and sautéed brussels sprouts (in coconut oil with sea salt and black pepper)
Baked sweet potatoes
