"Catch-Up" post-2

Breakfast:
Sautéed zucchini, peppers, onions (in coconut oil, seasoned with black pepper)
Fresh raspberries and sliced red pear
Black coffee
Lunch:

Dinner:
This pork and BBQ sauce recipe is very tasty!!! I leave out most of the cayenne pepper because it ends up being too spicy for my little ones. Remember to season your pork the night before! 
Sautéed purple cabbage and red onion
Roasted asparagus
