Breakfast:
Zucchini Berry Muffins (from Paleo Plan; really yummy; my kids love them)
Chicken sausage (nitrate/nitrite free, no antibiotics, no wheat, no soy)
Black Coffee
Snack 1 (post workout):
Whey protein powder with water
Almond milk latte
Lunch:
Leftover grilled haddock with salsa
Leftover mashed cauliflower
Leftover steamed broccoli with olive oil drizzle
Snack 2:
Homemade Trail Mix
Dinner:
Roast Chicken Breast (with skin, olive oil, sea salt and pepper)
Mashed butternut squash
Sauteed spinach with bacon pieces (organic, nitrate/nitrite free, no antibiotics, etc.)
Glass of red wine
