Bacon (Organic, grass fed, nitrate/nitrite free)
Scrambled eggs (omega 3 eggs)
Black coffee
Snack 1 (post workout):
Whey protein with water
Leftover Banana Paleo Pancake
Lunch:
Leftover Pork Loin with Peppers, Mushrooms, N’Onions (Sarah Fragoso, everydaypaleo.com)
over arugula

Dinner:
Shannon’s Spaghetti” (click for recipe)
(surprisingly filling and super yummy!)
