Breakfast:
Omelette with leftover steamed asparagus and a touch of organic raw cheddar cheese
AppleGate Farms organic bacon
Apple slices
Black coffee
Lunch:
Dinner:
Paleo chili (I adjusted Sarah Fragoso’s, Everyday Paleo, recipe by adding zucchini, carrots, and bell peppers). We made a big batch, saved some for leftovers and froze the rest for an easy go-to meal!
Paleo bread (from Paleo Comfort Foods)
This was a great combination. My boys loved dunking the “bread” into their chili;-)
