Breakfast:
Blueberry Paleo Pancakes
Chicken Sausage (nitrate/nitrite free, hormone free, no wheat, no soy)
Black coffee
Snack 1:
Whey protein with water
Lemon Lara Bar

Lunch:
Chicken and Beef Kabobs w/peppers and onions
Arugula
Avocado
Salsa
Snack 2:
2 leftover Blueberry Paleo Pancakes
1/2 of leftover Turkey Burger
Dinner Appetizer:
(I made this to bring over to some friends’ of ours for dinner)
Walnut Red Pepper Dip (Sarah Fragoso, “Everyday Paleo” cookbook)
Celery, Purple Carrots, Purple Bell Pepper, Apple, Red Bell Pepper
Dinner:
(At friends’ house)
Grilled Flank Steak
Grilled Scollops
Grilled Veggies (zucchini, summer squash, bell peppers)
Salad (arugula, spinach, tomatoes, onions)
Red wine (8 oz) 

Dessert:
Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
with Almond “foam” (unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla)
