Breakfast:
Applesauce Paleo Pancakes
Chicken Sausage (nitrate/nitrite free) – my boys love these
Fresh Strawberries
Coffee

Snack:
2 Carrot Banana Muffins (Paleoplan.com)
Lunch:
Rolled turkey deli meat (nitrate/nitrite free)
Avocado
Salsa
Salad greens
Sliced apple
Snack 2:
Handful of homemade trail mix
(raw almonds, walnuts, dried unsweetened coconut, dried unsweetened cherries)
Dinner:
Burgers (Grass-fed beef w/spices)
Topped w/grilled red onion, avocado, roasted peppers
Over mixed salad greens
Sweet potato fries (baked with coconut oil and black pepper)
