My Paleo Plate 9-6-12



It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a day’s worth of meals! Back to it.
Breakfast:
• Scrambled eggs (pastured) with diced ham (AppleGate Farms) and apples
• Topped with basil pesto
• Served over arugula (from our local organic farm)
• Slice of Paleo Raisin Bread
• Organic blackberries
Lunch:
• Leftover meatballs (recipe to come) over spaghetti squash
• Leftover roasted asparagus
Dinner:
• Slice of Paleo Raisin Bread
