My Plate: My Kids’ Plate

Today I took photos of all my kids’ plates (which, I often don’t do because it’s hard to tame the hungry monsters at meal time!), so I thought it would be a good opportunity to SHOW how they eat. For the most part, it’s all the same food, just smaller portions and sometimes slightly “separated”.
BREAKFAST
My plate:
• 3 egg omelete
• 2 pieces of bacon
• Served over a bed of arugula
• Sliced red pear
Kid’s Plate:
• 2 egg omelete
• 2 pieces of bacon
• A few pieces of arugula
• Sliced pear
LUNCH
My Plate:
• Leftover paleo meatballs
• Organic mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
• Raw carrot sticks
Kid’s Plate:
• Leftover paleo meatballs
• Organic mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
• Raw carrot sticks
DINNER 
My Plate:
• Roast chicken leg (I roasted 2 whole chickens)
• Sautéed asparagus
• Baked sweet potato
Kid’s Plate:
• Roast chicken wing (plus seconds)
• Sautéed asparagus
• Baked sweet potato
