Paleo Participant Purges Non-Paleo Foods

Here’s a great example of what should happen at the start of your paleo/primal commitment. The purging/removal of all grains, legumes, dairy, sugars and processed foods. 



One of the members at our gym (Nancy T.) just sent me this email yesterday as she prepared for our Challenge to start. She’s been a ‘paleo-ite’ for some time, but she would love for the rest of her family to jump on board. I wanted to share because I think real-life examples can be so helpful for many to see.



[I] am thrilled I got my kids to buy into a “Paleo-approved” house for 30 days.  I took a photo (attached) of all the stuff I removed from my pantry and refrigerator.  I had no idea there was so much crap in my pantry.  The non-paleo foods that I still buy are “non-trigger” foods for me, but I didn’t realize there were so many of them.  I was so excited to walk into a pantry with tons of open spaces for me to stock up on “Paleo-approved”  items.
