Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

It’s that time of year! When the weather cools, it’s always comforting to me to add a little pumpkin to my meals.




Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • ½ cup canned coconut milk
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin (or fresh)
  • ½ of a banana (frozen if you like)
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of ground ginger
  • 4 ice cubes
  1. Add all ingredients to your favorite blender and mix until smooth.
