Breakfast:

3 egg omelette w/avocado, bacon, and bell peppers
Side of fruit (instead of toast)
Coffee
Snack 1:
Homemade trail mix
(raw macadamia nuts, raw walnuts, unsweetened dried blueberries, unsweetened dried coconut flakes)
Lunch:
(At U of U Varsity Club Tailgate)
Pulled chicken and beef
Banana with raw almond butter (brought from home)
Snack 2:
Apple Pie Lara Bar
Dinner:
Burgers (1/2 ground turkey breast, 1/2 grass-fed beef, spices)
Topped with avocado, bell pepper, and salsa
Salad (mixed organic greens, purple bell pepper, purple carrots, diced tomato; w/lemon juice and olive oil)
Steamed asparagus
Mashed butternut squash
Dessert:
Glass of red wine
Dark chocolate
