School Lunch 3

The main fair:
• Sliced grilled chicken thighs (leftover)
• Sliced beef jerky stick (Steve’s Original, grass-fed)
• Sliced red peppers, carrots, cucumber and orange cherry tomatoes
• Walnut and Roasted Red Pepper dip (Sarah Fragoso, Everyday Paleo)
All served over a bed of organic salad greens

Paired with:
• 2 clementines
• 2 Sweet Potato Bars (from Sweet Potato Power by Ashley Tudor)

Packed with utensils and ice! Ready for the road to school:-)
