Roll Ups – round 2!
• This time I used AppleGate Farms herbed turkey lunch meat
• Roasted red pepper
• Carrot sticks
• and leftover roasted asparagus spear
• Stone ground mustard for dipping
Tied with a chive and ready for munching!
My kids LOVE leftover paleo pancakes, so I added a couple of the banana variety to their lunch. They pretty much think they are a “treat”.
Their lunch boxes were topped off with cucumber slices, organic apple sauce and homemade trail mix (pistachios, dried apricots and dried, unsweetened coconut flakes).
