Breakfast:
Applesauce Paleo Pancakes (see recipe)
Topped with peach and mango puree (with cinnamon)
Bacon (organic, nitrate/nitrite and hormone free)
Black coffee

Lunch:
Arugula and spinach with
1/2 an avocado, salsa, baby carrots
Leftover chicken breast (sliced) and grass-fed steak
Snack:
Walnut and red pepper “hummus” with
Cucumber and carrots

Dinner:
Grilled buffalo flank steak
Chicken breast kabobs with onions and peppers
Roasted asparagus
Roasted sweet potato fries
Green salad with diced avocado, tomato, red onion, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, spices and olive oil
