Breakfast:
Breakfast was made by husband today! (Well, I chopped a few things, but he put it together and it was nice to have some help). 
Omelette with steamed broccoli (leftover)
Fresh salsa
Sliced avocado
Black coffee

Dinner:
Brussels Sprouts (steamed briefly and then sauteed in coconut oil with sea salt and black pepper)
This stew was much tastier than I had envisioned. I threw in what I had available and it turned out great!!!! And the brussels were amazing! Not sure why. Maybe just nice and fresh?
