Sustainable Dish Farm Dinner

The Sustainable Feast at Clark Farm was certainly one to remember! I am probably the last blogger in attendance to blog about it – where does the time go?! – but better late than never. My husband and I were fortunate to attend this amazing dinner while in MA for the Ancestral Health Symposium this year. Diana and Andrew (owners of the farm) did an outstanding job putting this together. It was an honor to meet them, see the farm (although rain prevented a real tour:-( ), mingle with many of my ancestral / paleo idols and like-minded primal-peeps, and eat AMAZING food! 
Yes, the night began with a round of cocktails! Even paleo-ites indulge here and there on unique mixes of quality alcohol. 
My favorite of the passed hor d’oeurves was the “Wild Boar Belly and Spice Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges”.
