For anyone out there who follows this blog, I promise I haven’t fallen off the paleo-wagon!! I’ve been working on a great project that hopefully you can all preview in a few months from now!

Breakfast:
• Paleo French Toast!!
Last night we had chili and my husband volunteered to make some Paleo Raisin Bread to go with it – bonus!
We had some bread leftover and I thought, why not try some french toast?! I scrambled a few eggs with a tsp of vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon. I sliced the bread and cooked it in a pan with coconut oil. YUM! 
Lunch:
Lately I’ve been testing out a bunch of recipes from the cookbook Well Fed by Melissa Joulwan (check out her blog www.theclothesmakethegirl.com). Lots of fun flavors and unique combinations can be found within the pages of this book! She also has great time-saving tips and ways to plan ahead. This is one of the recipes.
• Leftover Chocolate Chili (from Well Fed by Melissa Joulwan)
We topped ours with diced avocado, sliced olives and green onions. 
Awesome! Highly recommend.
Dinner:
Another Well Fed recipe: • Bora Bora Fireballs! These pork meatballs are incredible with a touch of pineapple sweetness. Couldn’t stop eating them!
• Cauliflower rice with sautéed onions, peppers and carrots
• Roasted asparagus
