Breakfast:
Berry Paleo Pancakes
Mild Italian Chicken Sausage
Black coffee

Lunch:
Leftover grilled onions
Leftover steamed broccoli
Leftover avocado and tomato salsa

Dinner:
Tonight I had to have dinner ready ahead of time because it was a busy evening (my boys had swim lessons and my husband wouldn’t be home for dinner). I chose a crockpot dinner from the Paleo Comfort Foods cookbook (by Julie and Charles Mayfield) and it was easy and fantastic!!!!! I often have trouble keep pork chops tender, but the meat really did fall of the bone with this recipe!
