Breakfast:
Pumpkin Pancakes (from Paleo Comfort Foods cookbook)
w/raw walnuts and strawberries
Bacon (Organic, nitrate/nitrite free, hormone and antibiotic free)
Black coffee
Snack:
Leftover steak, pepper and onion kabobs

Lunch:
Leftover grilled pork tenderloin
Mashed cauliflower
Roasted asparagus
Snack 2:
Homemade trail mix (raw walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried unsweetened cherries, dried blueberries, dried unsweetened coconut flakes)

Dinner:
Paleo meatloaf
Mashed sweet potatoes
Steamed broccoli
