Breakfast:
This morning I threw together a quick “hash” (sauteed green pepper, diced onion, leftover baked sweet potatoes, and sliced turkey (AppleGate Farms, organic) in coconut oil black pepper.
Scrambled eggs
Pumpkin salsa (jarred, good ingredients)
Black coffee 

Dinner:
Grilled red onions
Steamed broccoli
Avocado, grape tomato, lime juice, black pepper “salsa”
