Breakfast:
Applesauce Paleo Pancakes
Chicken, spinach scramble (leftover chicken breast, green and red bell pepper, onion, tomato and spinach scrambled in coconut oil)
Topped with salsa
Black coffee
Lunch:

Dinner:
Grilled pork tenderloin (seasoned with olive oil, garlic pepper and lemon pepper)
Mashed butternut squash (seasoned with black pepper and cinnamon)
Roasted asparagus (seasoned with olive oil, sea salt and black pepper)
Grape tomatoes
