Breakfast:
Blueberry Paleo Pancakes
Chicken sausage (nitrate/nitrite free) 
Coffee
Snack 1 (Post workout):
Whey protein powder with water
Apple Pie Lara Bar
Lunch:
Leftover grilled pork chops w/grilled onions
1/2 avocado with salsa
Steamed asparagus
Snack 2:
Left over burger and
Sweet potato fries
Dinner:
Rib-eye steak (grass-fed) (grilled chicken breast and buffalo flank steak for leftovers)
Salad with mixed organic greens and steamed beets from our CSA, chopped apple, green tomatoes, and pumpkin seeds (fresh lemon, olive oil and black pepper dressing)
Steamed broccoli
