- 2 apples, cored and sliced (more if needed)
- Plain yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
- Ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
- Pumpkin butter (or apple butter)
- Almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)
- Pumpkin seeds
- Shredded coconut
- Mini chocolate chips
- Cheddar cheese, sliced
- Place each ingredient in a cup of a 12 cup muffin tin.
- Go to work mixing and matching dips and toppings.
