- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 1 cup cashew milk (or almond, coconut, or raw cow milk)
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 3–5 ice cubes
- Optional: 1 Tbsp. local honey
- Optional: 2 scoops collagen peptides
