Cucumber Melon Popsicles: A Refreshing Summer Treat

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced cucumber
  • 6 cups cubed honeydew melon
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Optional: Two tsp magnesium powder, like Nature’s Calm

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until all ingredients are well mixed and a smooth consistency is reached.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer until fully frozen.
