Healthy Banana Boats

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 Tbsp almond butter, peanut butter, or sunflower seed butter
  • 12 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup goji berries (or other unsweetened dried fruit)
  • 12 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp hulled hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Place bananas cut side up on a plate or cutting board.
  2. Spread nut butter on the face of each banana (evenly divide amongst the 8).
  3. Evenly sprinkle cacao nibs, goji berries, coconut, and hemp seeds on top.
  4. Gather around and enjoy!
