Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate dairy-free chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a medium bowl until well combined.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Divide into 4 servings.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
