Homemade vs. Processed

Most of you know that I’m a huge advocate of making your own food from scratch whenever possible. This is something I’ve had to be extra specially aware of myself since working to combat my own SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) diagnosis (more on that in an upcoming post). Whether you eat “paleo,” “primal,” “vegan,” the “standard American diet,” etc., you will be healthier and better off by spending more time in the kitchen cooking!
