Savory Low Carb Pizza Trail Mix with Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well coated, and spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. 
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to fully cool, then store in an airtight container.
