Pineapple Cilantro Smoothie





I love the creamy, tropical flavor and bite of ginger in this smoothie! I also love the benefits that it gives with ingredients like cilantro. While cilantro has great culinary versatility and offers delicious flavor, it also provides many health advantages and detoxifying properties.

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
