It’s that time of year! When the weather cools, it’s always comforting to me to add a little pumpkin to my meals.

- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (or fresh)
- 1/2 of a banana (frozen if you like)
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of ground ginger
- 4 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to your favorite blender and mix until smooth.
