- 1 seedless watermelon, sliced crosswise into 1” rounds
- Plain, full-fat yogurt, or dairy-free alternative
- Fresh berries, or other chopped fruit
- Nuts of choice, chopped
- Seeds of choice, chopped
- Cacao nibs, or chocolate chips
- Fresh mint, chopped
- Lay watermelon slices on a baking sheet or cutting board.
- Spread yogurt across the top of the watermelon slice.
- Top with fruit, nuts, seeds, cacao, and mint.
- Cut into slices. Place in the freezer to firm up.
